Refund policy

Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of
placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if
the shipment of the product has been initiated.

Returns

WHAT IS PARIYA’S RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Pariya’s return policy applies only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly
delivered. Should you wish to return the product under any of the above-mentioned
circumstances, please refer through the following terms and conditions before placing
your return request.
All return requests are to be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
All returns will be credited in your account in the form of credit note after deducting Rs 100, once we receive the product back. TnC apply*.
Cash refunds will be made in exceptional cases only and on our sole discretion, this
should be done once we receive the product back.
The credit note will be issued after careful evaluation of the returned product.
Please note the credit note can only be redeemed online within 6 months.
Credit note cannot be clubbed with any offers/discounts
Exchange is applicable one time on orders in standard measurements only.
Customised orders are not eligible for exchange/cancellation. However, size alterations
can be made in case of fit issues.
All sale products are not applicable for return, exchange or refund.
Also, note that the size exchanges will be provided only on the same styles within 3
Days of receiving the order.

Damaged Delivery

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. You can decline
to accept such an order and report us on the same within 24 hours at support@pariya.in or +91- 9315564392.(Monday to Sunday 11am to 7pm IST or +5:30 GMT). The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same.

Incorrect Delivery or Defective Product

In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive an incorrect or defective merchandise
(style, size, colour, quantity, functioning), please get in touch with us within 24 hours at support@pariya.in or +91- 9315564392.(Monday to Sunday 11am to 7pm IST or
+5:30GMT). We're happy to exchange if the delivered item is incorrect or damaged if the request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds

We issue store credit of an equal amount which can be used in future purchases from
the brand website. This credit is available for 6 months. All refunds are processed within 14 days of successful reverse pickup.

Sale Items

We do not offer refunds on orders sold during the Sale. Items bought in the sale can
only be exchanged for a different size.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is
officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@pariya.in or Whatsapp us at +91- 9315564392.

Please keep in mind that there might be variations on the actual color and texture from what is evident in the pictures, due to the technological limitations in such presentation. Also, being handmade the designers put in best of their efforts in trying to achieve that the goods are as close to the mentioned specifications.
