How can I check if you deliver to my pincode?
We currently deliver to most pincodes in India. If you want to confirm your pincode,
please mail us at support@pariya.in

What are the delivery charges for my order?
Shipping is free for all domestic orders. We now offer international shipping. For international shipping charges, please contact us at support@pariya.in.

How long does it take to deliver my order?
The standard free domestic delivery takes 4-5 working days to complete the delivery. For international delivery timelines, please contact us at support@pariya.in.
*Some products may have longer delivery timelines.

Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend
placing separate orders for each address.

Do you ship products outside India?
Yes, we now ship internationally. Please write to us at support@pariya.in for information about shipping to your destination, shipping charges, and estimated delivery timelines.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)

SHIPPING FEES
International shipping is $30 approximately (INR 2,500). This does not include custom duties levied at the destination country.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We do not accept returns or exchange on international orders.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME (INTERNATIONAL)
All orders are dispatched in 7-10 business days of receiving the order. The delivery timeline may vary depending upon the pincode of the delivery.

CUSTOM DUTIES/ IMPORT CHARGES
Custom duties/taxes/charges can be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country.
If custom duties are imposed, the customer is liable for clearance of the charges.
Pariya is not responsible for these charges and is not aware of what these charges may be for each destination country, as applicable. We would recommend contacting your local custom offices before placing an order to inquire about what these rates would be.
